Reports that Taylor Swift and Matty Healy are back together again have come about, suggesting the controversial couple have reunited as their chemistry was undeniable.
However, a source close to Taylor Swift debunked the claims, saying that they were preposterous for claiming those.
Taylor Swift, Matty Healy Dating Again?
A The Sun report was published saying that Taylor Swift and Matty Healy are back together again after breaking up months ago.
The source said that the "surprise reunion" came after Healy fired a female crew member from The 1975 touring team.
"There is just something electric between them and they seem to have overcome it all quite quickly and decided they definitely want to make it work at all costs," the source claims.
Additionally, the same source said that the two are making things work as they arrange time together in between their tours together and talk all the time. Notably, Taylor Swift is on the last sprint of her "The Eras" Tour in the United States while The 1975 are in the United Kingdom for the continuation of their concerts.
The same source was quick to claim that Healy was "utterly smitten" with Swift, and it seems to be "mutual" at this point.
As for the fired touring crew member, the girl apparently worked for the band for a while and was the reason for their breakup.
"It sounds as though there may have been a bit of an issue over her closeness to Matty," the source continued. "One thing is for sure, he isn't letting anything come between his chances of making it work with Taylor."

Taylor Swift, Matty Healy 'Dating Again' Debunked
Shortly after the news spread like wildfire on social media, a source close to Taylor Swift spoke to People Magazine and debunked The Sun's source's claims.
"They are absolutely not together and aren't even in contact anymore. She is enjoying being single and has been spending time in the studio and hanging out with friends in New York City. This is all B.S.," the insider confirmed.
As of this writing, the publication reported that neither of the artists' representatives has responded to a comment.
Matty Healy and Taylor Swift reportedly broke up earlier this year after a month of dating and public appearances together.
