This is due to the lack of photos posted on social media that showcase moments with the couple together.
When they married in 2018 there was a flurry of paparazzi shots taken but now these are becoming fewer and farther between.
Hailey's recent Instagram post was met with some skepticism when the 29-year-old "One Less Lonely Girl" singer wasn't featured in any of the pictures.
The model's Instagram post included a range of images that illustrated her life in snapshots; a photo of her holding a cherry, a picture of her pooch, and even some footage of sparklers.
Enjoying a summertime celebration in the Hamptons, Hailey decided to dress all in white.
She wore a ruched t-shirt with plenty of silver jewelry for an extra special touch and shared some photos of her happy pose.
Captioning the post, she quipped: "All smiles over here except for Piggy."
A concerned follower posed a query to the comments section of Hailey's post, saying, "It's been two months since Justin posted anything and she's still actively posting pictures - is he okay? And why hasn't there been a single picture of them together? What's going on with their relationship?"
Questioning Hailey and Justin's marriage status, many fans of the couple have taken to social media to express their curiosity.
"Isn't it a bit strange that her last post featured him but since then she hasn't shared any more pics?" they questioned.

To this, others replied that just because he isn't regularly showing up on her page doesn't indicate that they've gone their separate ways.
Another user responded by saying: "It seems that whenever she posts pictures with him, they both get bombarded by negative comments from haters who claim she is pushing him to be in the photos!"
Another user chimed in and said: "Perhaps he simply wishes to keep his life private and she is respecting those wishes."
Another social media user responded to the situation: "It doesn't necessarily mean that something is wrong because she hasn't been sharing pictures of him, and he hasn't posted in a while."
