Taylor Swift is one of the most in-demand artists of this generation as millions of fans attempt to get tickets to one of her shows, especially her current "The Eras Tour." The musician is scheduled to travel to the United Kingdom next year, but supporters are now having a hard time obtaining passes for her concert.
According to Forbes, there were over 40,000 fans who got pre-sale access to the website selling tickets for the musician's shows in the country.
However, upon entering, they immediately encountered a problem as some users complained about the page crashing. Some of them also had problems entering a virtual waiting room.

Taylor Swift 'The Eras Tour' UK Fiasco
Fans took to their social media accounts to voice out their problems regarding the issues happening on the website, even tagging Ticketmaster UK.
"#ErasTour ticketmaster again proving to be dreadful getting kicked off as an error before even selecting our tickets. Now 30,000 in front of us," one wrote.
Another user warned other fans before buying tickets to make sure where they're going to be seated as the person already paid for her passes only to find out that it has obstructed views and the ticket-selling platform never warned them about it.
"We paid 170€ for tickets that ended up being obstructed view tickets (Ticketmaster didn't warn us that they were)," one wrote.
In addition, fans who have disabilities also had a hard time buying tickets as the official line for them never opened. The person who expressed her disappointment on Twitter told other Swifties to call Club Wembley and ask to transfer the line to the disabled booking section.
There were also scalpers who are taking advantage of the situation as The Guardian reported that some resell tickets on websites like Viagogo and StubHub were priced up to £3,352 ($4,309) compared to its initial price of £110.
As of this writing, Taylor Swift and Ticketmaster have yet to address the ongoing problems.

Taylor Swift's "The Eras Tour" in the United Kingdom will kick off at the BT Murrayfield Stadium in Edinburgh on June 7, 8, and 9, 2024.
The musician will then head to Liverpool, Cardiff, London, Dublin, and many more.
According to Kerrang!, the international pop superstar announced that she added 14 more additional shows for UK and Europe. She also revealed that Paramore, whose frontwoman is her best friend, Hayley Williams, will be the supporting act.
