Taylor Swift's fans were left infuriated after Kim Kardashian shared a new social media post.

Swifties received the best gift this year when Swift released her "Speak Now (Taylor's Version)" over a decade after dropping the original album in 2010. The singer has been releasing her own versions of her past albums after winning her masters battle.

"Speak Now (Taylor's Version)" also included the same purple theme, something Kardashian reportedly copied recently.

Kim Kardashian Accused of Copying Taylor Swift

On Instagram, Kardashian posted a carousel of photos in which she can be seen a long, purple, off-shoulder dress as she posed in front of the camera. Currently, the comments section is filled with comments saying that the reality TV star gave a "Speak Now" vibe, something Swifties disapproved of.

The "Lover" hitmaker famously wore a purple tulle dress from the fall 2019 couture collection made by Giambattista Valli for the new album cover of "Speak Now (Taylor's Version)."

According to the fans, the KKW Beauty mogul wore a similar dress and showed the same post to "copy" Swift, leading them to condemn Kardashian on social media.

One posted the album cover and Kardashian's photo in a tweet, writing, "kim kardashian posting in this big purple dress only A DAY after taylor swift drops speak now (taylor's version) LOOKS A LITTLE TOO FAMILIAR."
Meanwhile, other Twitter users saw Kardashian's move as her way of promoting the singer's re-release, though they had beef in the past.

Kim Kardashian, Taylor Swift Beef Explained

Kardashian and Swift had an unideal past, especially since the beauty mogul's ex-husband, Kanye West, infamously interrupted the "Lavender Haze" singer at the VMAs in 2009. Although the duo reconciled, West and Swift developed the beef again before Kardashian entered the picture.

In 2016, Swift's phone call with West was leaked online during which the rapper asked her permission to mention her name in his track, "Famous." However, the song referred to her as a "b**ch," which she never approved at all.

Kardashian then called her a "snake," leading social media users to flood Swift's accounts with snake emojis which eventually led to their heated exchanges online.

"You know, the one that was illegally recorded, that somebody edited and manipulated to frame me and put me, my family and my fans through hell for four years," Swift said.

In the years thereafter, Kardashian somewhat toned down her attitude and showed love for Swift by sharing Instagram Stories where the singer's songs were added as background tracks.
