Wallen told the concertgoers that he did not like his long hair anymore, so he decided to shave it off.

"I love it. It's awesome," one said. "I love that guy so much so, regardless of what he does to his hair."

"I will say I miss the mullet a lot and I wish he would have waited two more days to cut his hair," one wrote, while another added, "Makes him look a little less daddy, but we still love him."

Wallen returned to the stage after previously canceling 14 of his shows as part of his One Night At A Time tour. He revealed that he needed to take a six-week vocal rest to recover from the vocal cord injury he sustained.

After taking a break, he revealed in his Instagram Story in June that his doctor finally cleared him and allowed him to talk and sing again. The crooner was diagnosed with vocal fold trauma after consecutive concerts in Jacksonville, West Palm Beach and Tampa, Florida.

His health condition also made him miss the Academy of Country Music Awards, where he won the Male Artist of the Year and scored other nominations.

The "Wasted on You" singer debuted his new look a month after celebrating the Chapin family at his West Coast show. They lost Ethan Chapin, one of the University of Idaho students who was murdered on November 13 alongside his girlfriend, Xana Kernodle, and her roommates Kaylee Gonclaves and Madison Mogen.

The family met Wallen before the start of the show, and Stacy Chapin told Fox News Digital that Wallen's special song brought back her late son's memories and that the singer made an incredible donation to Ethan's Smile.

"It was amazing... It was literally full circle," Stacy said. "His mom was there, and he visited and was kind. His mother was amazing. We all took lots of pictures."
