One of the biggest and most anticipated music and sports event in the world is the Super Bowl, which is why preparing for such a large-scale event begins months in advance.

However, the NFL and Super Bowl's big plans came to a screeching halt when Taylor Swift, their first choice to headline the event, declined for the second time in a row.

The frontrunners of the Super Bowl are scrambling to get a shortlist of artists together, and their list includes Harry Styles, Miley Cyrus, Bad Bunny, and Jack Harlow, reports say.

However, all of their choices seem did not seem to satisfy or hype the fans up-in fact, it was the opposite; they were disappointed.

"They're all mid," a netizen wrote.

"Yikes. Only one of these names is [Super Bowl] worthy in my opinion," another added.

Harry Styles Isn't Doing Super Bowl Halftime Show 2024

According to reports, Styles is not doing the highly anticipated and coveted event. In fact, the chances of fans seeing him accept the deal are "less than zero"!

On top of that, the same report also claims that Cyrus is also not going to be performing at the Super Bowl. Both reasons why the two artists won't be gracing the stage of the Super Bowl are still unknown.

On the other hand, whether Bad Bunny will be offered to headline the Super Bowl is still unclear. It seems like, though, he is an obvious candidate and fans say he makes the most sense compared to the last artists included in the alleged shortlist, Harlow.

No One Takes Jack Harlow Seriously

Fans scoffed at the idea of Harlow headlining the Super Bowl, after all, the sports event also happens to be one of the most prestigious music events of the year.

"Jack Harlow? Girl, he's gonna perform First Class, What's Poppin and then bring out Lil Nas X for Industry Baby and that's it, Bad Bunny I can definitely see though," a netizen wrote.

"Jack Harlow? The show would be over in two minutes."

The stakes are high this time around for the NFL and the Super Bowl, especially because last year's performer, Rihanna, earned over 121 million viewers, making it the most-watched Super Bowl performance in history.
