Kingston Rossdale, son of Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale, may be joining his famous parents in the music industry.

At age 17, Kingston recently sang at stepdad Blake Shelton's Ole Red bar in Tishomingo, Oklahoma. This performance has sparked the young star's interest in pursuing a music career.

An insider who spoke to OK magazine shares that Gwen has long been aware of her son's gift for music.

"She often quipped that he was a star in the making," they said.

This individual further shared that he is turning to his mother and Blake for guidance on mastering his playing style, bearing himself, and finding songs tailored to his capability.

Blake Shelton has seen his fair share of success as a country star and coach on the singing competition show "The Voice" but now he's back coaching in a new way - it's just him and his stepson!

As the final notes of his song rang out, it was clear that the audience was in awe of what they had just witnessed.

"Goodnight, and thank you for joining me!" he called out to them. "It's been an honor to perform for every one of you! Have a great night, and enjoy yourselves."

Gavin Rossdale recently opened up on the "Not So Hollywood" podcast about how he and ex-wife Stefani handle their joint parenting of sons Zuma and Apollo.

He expressed that they have chosen to go down the route of separate parenting rather than co-parenting.
"I think you can go one of two ways-you can either do everything together and really co-parent, and see how that goes - or you can just parent," he said.
