50 Cent is making waves online recently as he appeared to have thrown a microphone to a fan during concert and even though he could potentially face felony battery charges, the musician appeared to be carefree on social media.

Taking to his official Instagram account, the musician did not directly address the shocking incident, but rather, he took a dig at Lil Wayne as well as the audio department who are in charged of the microphone.

He shared screenshots of news articles about Lil Wayne attending Beyoncé's "Renaissance Tour" as an opening act but his mic was not working.

He also shared the news report about the rapper scrapping his surprise performance for 50 Cent.

In the caption, the musician appeared to be unbothered amid the possible lawsuit as he wrote, "Damn only thing left is Taylor swift show. I fired everyone involved in the audio department, if the mic don't work your a** don't work here."

Even though there were a lot of people who wanted 50 Cent to publicly apologize to the victim, Bryhana, he still hasn't directly addressed the issue on his social media accounts.

50 Cent to Face Felony Battery Charges?

According to Uproxx, the musician, who is currently on his "The Final Rap Tour," is facing an issue recently after he threw a phone to the crowd while performing at his concert.

Unfortunately a woman named Bryhana was hit and photos circulating online show that the radio host sustained an alarming injury on her forehead. (via The Neighborhood Talk)

Although the rapper did not intentionally hit the woman, the microphone was still able to injure her which could potentially lead him to be charged with felony battery.

50 Cent Lawyer Breaks Silence

50 Cent's lawyer has also spoken out about the matter as he told a news outlet that the rapper, whose real name is Curtis James Jackson III, would never intentionally strike anyone. (via Insider)

The lawyer, Scott Leemon, added, "Anyone saying something different doesn't have all the facts and is misinformed."
