After Zach Bryan was arrested for obstruction of an investigation, his mugshot went viral; fans have begun suggesting that the singer use the mugshot in his merchandise, and Spotify even featured it on the cover of the "Outlaw" country music playlist.

"I'd buy a shirt with this Zach Bryan mugshot so fast," a fan wrote.

"If Zach Bryan doesn't use his mugshot as his next album cover, that's a missed opportunity," another added.

"Zach Bryan got a No. 1 album, No. 1 single, and mugshot all in one week."

"Did I just spend 55$ on a sweater with Zach Bryan's mug shot on it? Yes, I did."

"Zach Bryan's mugshot may be the hottest thing I've ever seen [to be honest]."

Zach Bryan Arrested

According to reports, the country music singer was arrested on Sept. 9 for obstruction of a law enforcement officer following a traffic stop in Oklahoma.

"Bertram informed the male that he needed to get back into his truck to which he did not comply," the report read. "For a second time Bertram told the driver to get back in his truck and that he is interfering with his police duties and that if he did not comply that he would be going to jail."

Apparently, after being handcuffed, Bryan even told the officer that "arresting him is 'why people do not like police officers.'"

Zach Bryan Apologizes to Police

After his arrest, however, Bryan took to social media to address the situation and apologize to the law enforcement officers as well as his fans for his behavior.

"When the report of his arrest and then of course the video came out, he said some really harsh things," said the spokesperson for the National Police Association.

"Then he very quickly came out with that apology that, you know, seemed to us to be... a very sincere, heartfelt apology."

The spokesperson went on to explain that people oftentimes react negatively or even get angry towards law enforcement, but Bryan is one of the very few who came out and apologized for his reaction.

"But coming out with that apology is something that I can't, off the top of my head, come up with another celebrity who's done it that quickly and that sincerely after having a negative experience with law enforcement."
