Olivia Rodrigo just released her banger sophomore album, "Guts." Since its release, some fans have theorized that some of the songs might have been for Taylor Swift, well, at least they think it is.

Rodrigo has been a self-confessed Swiftie and she has been linked and compared to her since her career catapulted to fame. However, many noticed that Rodrigo and Swift haven't been interacting that much since 2022, which led many to think that their relationship might be souring.

Olivia Rodrigo Addresses Taylor Swift Feud

In a new Rolling Stone feature, Olivia Rodrigo bares it all as she speaks candidly about her thoughts and feelings, including the allegations that she and Taylor Swift have been feuding.

Since releasing "Guts," many fans have theorized that some of its songs are written for Taylor Swift. Among these songs were her lead single "Vampire," and two other tracks - "Lacy" and "The Grudge."

Speaking to Rolling Stone, Olivia Rodrigo answered one of the internet's most burning questions - is she feuding with Taylor Swift?

"I don't beef with anyone. I'm very chill. I keep to myself," Rodrigo confessed. "I have my four friends and my mom, and that's really the only people I talk to, ever. There's nothing to say. There's so many Twitter conspiracy theories. I only look at alien-conspiracy theories."

Notably, fans attribute the falling out from Rodrigo crediting Taylor Swift and Hayley Williams on her songs "deja vu," "1 step forward, 3 steps back" and "good 4 u." (via Rolling Stone)

Rodrigo also talked about that in the same interview.

"It's not something that I was super involved with," she revealed. "It was more team-on-team. So, I wouldn't be the best person to ask."

This was not the first time that Rodrigo dismissed the allegations that she had a falling out with Taylor Swift.

In a feature with The Guardian, Rodrigo reacts to the theories that "Vampire" is about Taylor Swift.

"I mean, I never want to say who any of my songs are about. I've never done that before in my career and probably won't. I think it's better to not pigeonhole a song to being about this one thing." she told the publication. "I was very surprised when people thought that."

Olivia Rodrigo is appearing at the 2023 MTV Video Music Awards and she has been nominated for five awards, including Video of the Year for "Vampire."
