Olivia Rodrigo's new tour is coming in a few months and the musician recalled some of her routines and the things she does whenever she's on the road away from home to perform in front of thousands of fans.
Her previous tour from her past musical era "Sour" was a success as some of the shows were sold out. Today, the singer opened up about the habits that she does when she travels to perform.
In an interview with People Magazine, the singer said she sleeps so much on tour and there were even moments when she would sleep for a shocking 14 hours.

"I sleep so much when I'm on tour, it's kind of crazy... There were some nights where I was just so exhausted from playing a show that I would sleep for 14 hours," she said.

It appears that the singer also wanted to maintain a healthy body as she told the publication that she would eat healthy whenever she's on the road and it's nice to bring someone familiar whenever she travels.
"Eating healthy is important and also having people that you really love come on the road with you helps a lot - people who can replenish your energy and nurture you," she said. (via Billboard)

She later noted that the last time she went on tour, she brought her mom as well as her best friends on most of the dates and for her, it was really helpful.
Rodrigo also added that it's "nice to have a little piece of home" wherever she goes because it's very important for her.

The singer is set to perform at the biggest series of concerts of her career so far. Her tour will begin at the Acrisure Aren in Palm Springs, CA, on Februray 23, 2024.
She will then visit major cities around the world like Houston, Phoenix, Dallas, Austin, St. Louis, St. Paul, Chicago, Detroit, Toronto, Manchester, Dublin, and many more.
She would also have a four-night performance at Madison Square Garden in New York City on April 5, 6, 7, and 9. (via Variety)
