A fan suddenly rushed toward the stage while Machine Gun Kelly was in an interview at the Forbes Under 30 Summit.

Instinctively, the "Bloody Valentine" rocker jumped up to protect himself from any potential harm.

A video capturing the occurrence was posted on Instagram after that. Mid-sentence, MGK, whose real name is Colson Baker, noticed the approaching man and reacted accordingly.

His face darkened as he rose and shouted, "My man, get the f**k away from me!"

"Yo, what are you doing? What are you doing? This is a bad look. Don't make me do this."

Following the uncomfortable exchange, guards moved swiftly to take the unknown spectator away from the stage. After a short silence, during which time the "Forget Me Too" singer had left his seat, his microphone was turned back on.

"I'm sorry," the rapper-rocker declared. "I try to live the dichotomy more on this side than the other guy. I left that guy in the past. I'm sorry."

Kristin Stoller, the interviewer from Forbes Magazine, then praised his response - saying it was "amazing." The 33-year-old celebrity seemed pleased with her words.

As appreciation for his performance, a roar of approval rose from those in attendance.

Megan Fox's boyfriend said that learning to separate his career self from his human self had made all the difference for him.

"You should find a way to love your human self without your career self," he advised.

Given MGK's history of physical altercations with unknown people, no one was surprised to see him adopt a defensive stance.

This past July, the artist and Megan were enjoying themselves at the Orange County Fair when a man suddenly attacked them.

TMZ reported that as the couple was leaving a ride at the fair, an individual allegedly tried to swing a punch at MGK.

His bodyguard responded by taking the alleged assailant down.

Reactions on social media were swift; it was made clear that Megan did not deserve to get caught in the middle of this altercation, and yet, unfortunately, she had been shoved forcefully by someone who was there to protect her and her partner.

Moving quickly, MGK and Megan figures hurriedly made their way from the area, seemingly unscathed.
