Fans can't wait for Christina Aguilera to slay the stage once again as she announced her upcoming shows in Las Vegas for her residency.

More recently, the musician gave her fans a major trip to memory lane as she released photos for her promotional materials that reminded her followers of "Burlesque," her 2010 movie with Cher.

"Immerse yourself in the fusion of art and music... I'm bringing an intimate, seductive and sophisticated new show to Las Vegas," she wrote in the caption.

In the image shared on her official Instagram account, the former "The Voice" coach could be seen posing on top of a glittery fabric.

She wore a one piece and a corset, a pair of heels, and minimal accessory.

Many people also noticed her new hairstyle as she ditched her usual long voluminous hair with a short bob. Her makeup appeared to be edgy with her black eyeshadow and dark lipstick.

Fans took to the comment section to reveal that it reminded them with the movie "Burlesque.

"Its giving burlesque YES," one wrote, while another one added "I'm getting Burlesque vibes."

Commenters also pointed out her impressive figure as one wrote: "The Definition of Beauty and Sexiness, forever and ever. Can't wait when the adorable Goddess we don't deserve will slay with her new Show."

Christina Aguilera starred in the 2010 backstage musical movie titled "Burlesque" along with CHer, Kristen Bell, Stanley Tucci, Alan Cumming, and many more.

The film revolved around a woman named Ali, played by Aguilera, who left her town in order to start a new life in Los Angeles. She later became a dancer at a burlesque lounge owned by Tess, played by Cher.

Christina Aguilera is the latest musician to announce a Las Vegas residency. The musician will be having a series of concerts at the Voltaire Belle de Nuit at The Venetian Resort in Las Vegas.

The first show will begin on December 30 and 31 and fans should expect that the singer would perform tracks from her decades-long career.

"I look forward to bringing Las Vegas a new show that fuses music, sophistication and art in ways I have never performed before," she said in a statement. (via Billboard)

Fans should expect more dates to be announced on October 13.
