50 cent took to social media to call out Madonna and her bodysuit, which he likened to an ant.
"Who the f**k did this? She's rich how the hell she didn't get it fixed. I want the f**king doctors name right now. I mean damn it man ! LOL," the rapper wrote on Instagram with a side-by-side picture of the "Like A Virgin" singer and a cartoon ant.
Madonna responded to the shade by sharing a selfie picture of herself with the "In Da Club" rapper, with the caption "Here is 50 Cent pretending to be my friend.
"Now you have decided to talk smack about me. I guess your new career is getting attention by trying to humiliate others on social media. The least elevated choice you could make as an artist and an adult."
According to reports, this is not the first time 50 Cent criticized Madonna. In his other posts, he compared her to aliens and called her his "grandma."
50 Cent Shades Madonna on Instagram
50 Cent, who has been in several beefs with different artists and rappers, began taking shots at the "Material Girl" singer by sharing pictures of Madonna on Instagram and adding shady captions.
"I hope she didn't make her kids take this picture. LOL at 63 somebody tell her to chill out please," he wrote.
Madonna did not respond to those posts until her most recent Instagram Story, where she also added: "You'r [sic] just jealous you won't look as good as me or have as much fun when you are my age."

Netizens Defend Madonna From 50 Cent
While it seems like 50 Cent initially thought many would support his comment and take his side, netizens took to social media to show just how wrong he was for body-shaming the singer.
"She looks absolutely amazing. He's mad because ppl can't name at least 3 songs from him. Mad & bitter," one wrote.
"Doesn't he have something else to do seriously ..."
"The one-sided fight that 49 cents has with Madonna is amazing, it shows that it bothers him that a woman is more successful than him," another added.
"It's always the "artists" who have nothing worthwhile to offer in their career that becomes infatuated with criticizing others, especially those who have so much to offer, even decades into their career."
Madonna is currently on her "Celebration" tour, while the rapper has not released an album since 2014's "Anim Ambition."
