Kanye West was hailed a billionaire not too long ago, however, his properties seem to state otherwise.

According to the Daily Mail, the rapper had to resell his luxurious Malibu estate, for $43 million--$4 million less than the price he initially purchased it two years ago.

The publication was also able to share pictures of the property which was described as "dilapidated," as the construction was halted mid-way.

"It will take several million dollars for the house to be finished," Jason Oppenheim from Selling Sunset told the outlet. "Much of the architectural integrity and the architectural value of the house exists."

Is Kanye West Going Bankrupt?

According to the New York Post, West is struggling to fund the renovations for his Tadao Ando-designed beachfront mansion in Malibu.

"Let's just say the cash flow isn't really flowing at the moment," an insider told the outlet. "The renovations turned out to be a bigger hassle than expected."

It seems like West no longer considers his properties his top priority, as he is gearing up to release a joint album with Ty Dolla $ign, "Vultures," but has neglected his properties, which were acquired in 2021.

The beachfront property is a three-story home with four bedrooms, 1,500 square feet of deck space, and huge windows and balconies facing the Malibu skyline.

Kanye West Loses Empire

The rapper's career was put on hold for several years as he pursued several other endeavors like fashion and even setting up a school called Donda Academy.

However, West also fell into ruin and faced disgrace after sharing his anti-semitic sentiments online.

While many criticized him and he faced backlash for his statements, he refused to apologize.

In fact, he doubled down, which only led to several brands dropping him and canceling their collaborations, like GAP and Adidas.

It seems like West is yet to be finished with his problematic ideology because during his listening party for "Vultures," he rapped and ranted about Jews once again.

This time, though, he has decided to apologize. "I sincerely apologize to the Jewish community for any unintended outburst caused by my words or actions," the rapper wrote in an Instagram post written in Hebrew.

"It was not my intention to offend or demean, and I deeply regret any pain I may have caused."

According to reports, West had compared himself to Jesus Christ and expressed his admiration for Adolf Hitler.
