Is Taylor Swift's Golden Globes outfit an easter egg for "Reputation (Taylor's Version)"?
The "You Belong With Me" singer made everyone make a double take when she arrived at the Golden Globes last Jan. 7 wearing a sequined Green dress from Gucci paired with Christian Louboutins, however, there is one part of her look that got everybody's attention--her nails.
According to reports, Swift was seen wearing nail extensions that were donut-glazed with sparkles, something she seldom wore.
The only other time the singer was spotted with nail extensions was during her "Look What You Made Me Do" music video, wherein she wore blood-red talons.
Swifties Speculate About Taylor Swift's Nails
When Swift was spotted with her nail situation, her fans went wild. They immediately pointed out that the singer "almost never" gets nail extensions, and they began linking it to her remaining two re-recorded albums, "Reputation" and the debut self-titled album, which are yet to be released.
"A 5,000-word essay about how Taylor Swift's green Golden Globes look was for Reputation and not Debut because she was wearing long fake nails which she almost never does and certainly would not wear to tease her yeehaw teenage album," one wrote.
"Guys, her nails are done, like tips. That I'm gonna assume that she probably, most likely did not do herself. She never has her nails done."

Taylor Swift Teasing 'Reputation (Taylor's Version)'?
According to reports, Swifties have already latched on to the theory that the "Cruel Summer" singer is teasing "Reputation (Taylor's Version)."
Swift once revealed that she does, in fact, use nail art as easter eggs for upcoming music; she did it before releasing her 2019 album 'Lover."
"A specific way you can leave easter eggs is on nails... There was a specific occasion where I did a Spotify vertical video for 'Delicate' and I painted my nails the exact color tones that I wanted the next album to be," Swift told Entertainment Weekly.
"Some people picked up on it immediately, others picked up on it a few months down the line, but it made me feel nice," she added.
Swift recently attended the Golden Globes after her "The Eras Tour" concert film was nominated. She attended the event alongside her good friend, Keleigh Teller, and was seen bonding with another longtime friend, Selena Gomez, who was also present at the 2024 Golden Globes.
