    Detroit electronic music musician and saxophone player GRiZ has announced a brief tour next month, honestly titled My Friends Decided to Come to Your City & Play Some Super Rad Small Shows While I Write My Next Album.

    Detroit's largest electronic music festival, Movement has announced the 2016 lineup for its 10th year anniversary. To celebrate the milestone, the festival is bringing out a very special guest for a first at Movement, Kraftwerk, with their 3-D show, Caribou, Adam Beyer, Four Tet, Richie Hawtin, Loco Dice, Boys Noize and Get Real, the collaboration between Claude VonStroke and Green Velvet, will be among those will top the bill.

    On Tuesday (Jan. 20), sexual assault allegations against Life or Death PR head Heathcliff Berru spilled out on Twitter from women in the music industry, leading to the publicist and founder's resignation. Though acts like DIIV, Wavves and Speedy Ortiz are severing ties with Life or Death, Killer Mike has stated on Twitter that he intends to stay on the publicity firm's roster, while supporting the victims of Berru's numerous assaults.
