Lorde has reportedly parted ways with her manager Scott Maclachlan, the Auckland-based man who discovered her and was instrumental in guiding Ella Yelich-O'Connor's rise to international stardom as Lorde, according to the New Zealand Herald. The split reportedly took place about a month ago for reasons that are not yet known. It is also unclear who will manage the "Royals" singer going forward. -

On Friday, Hangout Festival 2015 was treated to an extra dose of Skrillex and Diplo as the pair were tabbed to perform at the three-day festival as Jack Ü, replacing a speechless Sam Smith as he recovers from his vocal chord surgery. They were both scheduled to perform on Saturday - Skrillex by himself and then Diplo with Major Lazer. The festival was broadcasted live online and some of the sets have surfaced so far. -

Ratatat Announce New Album 'Magnifique' -- July Release Date Set
After nearly five years of being dormant, experimental electronic duo Ratatat are back in 2015 with some brand new music and shows. After premiering their new track "Cream On Chrome" at Coachella the NYC duo of Evan Mast and Mike Stroud have announced their first album in five year, Magnifique. The 14-track album will be released on July 17 via their label home XL Recordings. It will see the band return "to their core guitar-driven sound" according to a press release (via Consequence of Sound). It will also include the band's first-cover, of the song "I Will Return" by Springwater. -

A$AP Rocky is continuing to keep us on our toes as he releases new material from his upcoming album At.Long.Last.A$AP or A.L.L.A. After dropping his Rod Stewart-sampling single "Everyday" earlier this month, he's back with another imaginative track, a collaboration with producer Danger Mouse. The 42-second hazy, black-and-white teaser video -- shot by artist Daniel Arsham -- features Flacko lighting a blunt and rapping over some trippy, ominous production (via GQ). -
