Next year's rendition isn't at risk yet but promoters can't be feeling too good with a new lawsuit on its hands. Erica Mack, the security guard who suffered serious injuries after festival-crashers knocked over a fence on top of her, has filed a lawsuit against Ultra for $10 million according to Dancing Astronaut. -

Morrissey is not too impressed with some venues overseas. After making stops on his recent tour in Rome and Milan, the artist took to his True to You fansite to talk about the venues, NME noted. "We, too, were shocked by the venues in Roma and Milan — both abysmal — Milan quite shockingly abysmal ... not a theater at all ... just a field with a roof," he wrote about the Atlantico in Rome and the Gran Teatro Linear4ciak in Milan. -
