Britney Spears was known for having a killer body in the late '90s and early 2000s. But as she got older, keeping in shape became more of a struggle. She was constantly being judged on her body and pressured to lose weight, but after years of trial and error, she has finally found a routine that works for her. And she didn't just buy that body. She had to work, b*tch. She now looks better than ever on the cover of Women's Health. For those who think this is just Photoshop magic, the pop star proves her body is the real deal in a behind the scenes video of the shoot.

"After I had Jayden, it was real easy for me to get back in shape," she said about her fitness journey. "But five years later, I started noticing changes in my body. My hips are a little bit wider because I've had kids. So it was crucial for me to be continuous with my exercise. Consistency is key."

She says she no longer minds working out. "I'm at my best when I'm busy. If I don't work out [in a gym], I'm either swimming laps, or I'm doing yoga."

She is also a fan high-intensity interval training classes and dancing and has taken up meditation as well.

"Daily exercise is important for me both mentally and physically," she said. "I don't mind working out. Trainers keep you motivated, but I didn't' have a problem being motivated."

Along with her workout routine, she watches what she puts into her body.

"I'm really into raw food — sushi basically." She also likes to snack on "any kind of fruit."

The biggest change, however, seems to be her attitude. These lifestyle improvements are for herself not for her critics.

"I'm not about the biggest and best. I'm about enjoying my life, more than anything."
