According to The Hollywood Reporter, U.S. District Judge John Kronstadt has denied Thicke and Williams' motion for a summary judgment in a copyright lawsuit concerning their 2013 megahit, concluding that the song may have too much in common with Marvin Gaye's 1977 hit "Got To Give It Up." -

Just as The Who have done for their upcoming 50th anniversary releases, Metallica is calling upon its diehard fans to help them out with some upcoming reissues. In a statement posted to their website, the thrash metal legends have asked fans to submit any videos, photos, bootleg recordings, or any sort of memorabilia that they may have from the band's early years to include in the upcoming reissues of their first two studio albums: "Kill 'Em All" and "Ride The Lightning." -
