    Last night's concert at Rumsey Playfield in Central Park had all the elements to be a great show. The weather was near perfect. The outdoor venue, surrounded by trees, had a whimsical ambiance.     The sudden rash of drug-related deaths at electronic music events continued over the weekend as a concert-goer in Sydney, Australia died of an overdose at the Defqon. 1 Festival. The suspected cause of the death was "tainted Ecstasy." During the weekend, 14 more attendees were hospitalized.
