Pearl Jam Unveils Short Film on 'Lightning Bolt' Featuring Judd Apatow and Carrie Brownstein
Lightning Bolt comes out in a few weeks, so to promote the record, Pearl Jam has released a short documentary about how the record came to be. Directed by Danny Clinch (Immagine In Cornice), the film shows footage of the Seattle group performing new material, jamming out in cars, surfing, and answering questions from their guest interviewers, which include Judd Apatow, Carrie Brownstein (Portlandia, Wild Flag), Former NLF star Steve Gleason (who is battling ALS), and hall-of-fame Australian surfer Mark Richards.
