    A little over a month ago Scott Disick left a Costa Rican rehab facility, vowing that he would return soon. Unfortunately for everyone around him, including Kourtney Kardashian and their three small children, that return isn't in the near future. While it has become apparent to his family and also to anyone that tunes in to watch Keeping Up with the Kardashians, that Disick has a major problem with booze, he is still in denial. Disick is supposedly insisting that he can control himself but his idea of control is staying away from his baby mama while he is partying.

Instead, it seems Kourtney Kardashian has enlisted her whole family's help in keeping Disick together. According to a report by Radar Online, Disick has proven over and over that if left to his own devices, he will blow it. So, he basically has a baby sitter with him at all times. The family thinks the stress of losing both parents, followed by the recent birth of a third child, is enough to send Disick spiraling easily out of control, so they simply are not leaving him alone. Sources say he always has a Kardashian family member or two with him, making it difficult to duck out and party. The thing is, eventually the reality star will have to be trusted to handle things on his own without resorting to a bender. While his track record for keeping it together is pretty lousy, realizing that he always has a baby sitter is probably making Disick even more anxious to escape the family, don't you think? If he needs to be under a microscope constantly, then maybe Kardashian needs to accept that her man may not want to clean up his act badly enough to actually accomplish it.

Apparently, Depp has finally begun listening to those closest to him and is sticking close to home in an attempt to rehab himself. According to a report by Radar Online, Depp's ex Vanessa Paradis has blamed Heard for his falling off the wagon so hard, and now his current love is on board with helping the actor sober up. "Amber broke his sobriety, but she isn't necessarily a bad influence. She isn't a party girl anymore. Amber and family members asked him to get help. She is dead serious about walking away from him unless he cleans up his act. After realizing that he clearly had an issue, Johnny would often be seen traveling with a companion to help encourage his sobriety. Johnny's problem has always been his moderation. He couldn't just have one," said the source.

Chandler claims she actually was born a boy, a little fact she admits she never has actually told Phelps. According to the "Daily Mail," Chandler was born a male in name only, and is actually intersex, which means she had male genitalia but no testicles while also having a uterus and no ovaries. The "Mail" said she took to her Facebook to explain things to everyone, saying, "I was never a man, never lived as a man. No one can say they knew me as a man or produce a photo of me as a man. There are people that remember me as an androgynous child at times because of what was forced upon me."

Instead, multiple sources close to the family have said he is out at the bars daily, and Teresa is not doing much better. According to a report by Radar Online, Teresa is barely eating anything at all and has lost 11 pounds in the last month. Friends claim she lives on coffee, wine and a few nibbles here and there because she is super stressed about going to jail. While she has not yet said it out loud, Teresa has to be, on some level, concerned about leaving her kids with a man who cannot stay sober. She likely never really believed that she would go to prison for the few counts of fraud she pled guilty to. If she did entertain even the notion, it was probably something that was, in her mind, years away — after Joe finished serving his time.

He bounced, leaving Tucker to handle the bill, which she did. Once she got back to their hotel room a fight ensued, during which Tucker was reportedly hit, dragged by her hair and choked out. Police were called and Berg was booked on a felony charge for obstructing her airway. Tucker has finally decided to comment on the ordeal and no doubt, her words aren't necessarily going to sit very well.

  • Police Say Sash Alexander Nemphos, 16, Planned Maryland School Shooting on Halloween But Too Drunk to Do It

    Just a few short weeks after Jaylen Fryberg opened fire on a table full of his closest friends at Marysville-Pilchuck High School in Washington state, we are learning that another school came close to having a similar tragedy. On Saturday, Nov. 1, 16-year-old Sash Alexander Nemphos was confronted by police after being a suspect in several Monkton, Maryland, area theft cases. The teen was clearly intoxicated at the time and unveiled a plan involving a gun that he was accused of stealing. Nemphos claimed he was going to drive to school, shoot the officer who stands guard and then use his gun to kill as many kids and teachers as possible. He then told investigators he had originally intended to carry out his plan on Halloween because he had the gun in his backpack but had forgotten to bring several bombs he had built, so he postponed his plan. He chalked up his forgetfulness to being too drunk on that particular day.
