In a recent visit to the Pittsburgh radio station Froggy this week, the "Everything Has Changed" singer did a country-twinged rap cover of Eminem's classic 2002 track "Lose Yourself," and it's just as bizarre, adorable and kind of awesome as one would expect. -

Congratulations to her, but let's give some credit to the four individuals who were enshrined in the NSAI Hall of Fame on Sunday. Swift will get there eventually we're sure, but these guys deserve some spotlight. -

The Taylor Swift Education Center opened over the weekend at the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum. The country-pop star donated $4 million to the center as part of its expansion campaign, the Associated Press reported. -

Taylor Swift has more-or-less cemented herself as the LeBron James of Nashville music. Perhaps even more dominant. Just as James has taken four of the past five NBA MVP awards, Swift has won five-straight Nashville Songwriter Association International Best Songwriter/Artist of The Year Awards. -
Macklemore & Ryan Lewis Dominate American Music Awards 2013 Nominations
The 2013 American Music Awards Nominations were announced today at two events hosted by Kelly Clarkson and Will.i.am. Breakout Seattle hip-hop duo Macklemore & Ryan Lewis are in the lead with six nominations for categories including Artist of the Year, New Artist of the Year, Favorite Rap Artist, Favorite Rap Album, Favorite Pop/Rock Band or Duo and the new category Single of the Year (for their song "Thrift Shop"). Following close behind are Justin Timberlake and Taylor Swift who each five each.
