    Damon Albarn has officially announced his first proper solo album will be titled Everyday Robots and is due out April 28. The album was briefly listed on the web store for Warner Music, allowing pre-orders of the 12-track effort. Bloggers at Damon Albarn Unofficial were able to jot down the details of the album and the cover art before label executives took the posting down.

    Josh Homme and Jesse Hughs are back to work on a new Eagles of Death Metal album. The duo hasn't released an album together since 2008's Heart On, but according to an interview Homme gave with Australia's The Music, Homme and Hughs have been in the studio working on new material. Hughes also confirmed the project in an interview with Antiquiet.
