Victoria Beckham and her daughter-in-law Nicola Peltz seemed to have put their differences behind them.

The bond between Victoria, 49, and Nicola, 29, reportedly strengthened after a disagreement arose regarding the design of the latter's wedding dress. In a gesture of unity, the two women chose to resolve their conflict for the sake of their shared family.

Victoria Beckham's Diplomatic Victory

According to an insider who spoke to OK UK magazine, Posh Spice recognized the need to step back, prompting her daughter-in-law to take a step forward, ultimately facilitating a resolution and progress.

The source emphasized Victoria Beckham's unwavering desire for her son, Brooklyn, to experience the best possible circumstances.

"Her sole objective is her son's well-being, and when Brooklyn unequivocally expressed that Nicola is the most significant woman in his life, they knew they had to find a resolution," per the insider.

In resolving the matter, David Beckham, the husband of Victoria, played a crucial part due to his strong belief in the importance of family.

The initial conflict between Victoria and Nicola arose during the selection of Nicola's wedding gown for her extravagant Palm Beach wedding to Brooklyn, which was estimated to cost $4.3 million in April 2022. However, several accounts provided conflicting narratives regarding the true events that unfolded.

Reports circulated that Nicola Peltz had allegedly rejected the idea of donning her wedding gown designed by the former Spice Girls, with conflicting accounts suggesting that Victoria Beckham herself had declined to create the dress.

A previous source noted that the family encountered some challenges in adapting to the changing dynamics following the wedding.

"Adjusting can be challenging as Victoria is accustomed to being in control and overseeing all aspects of the family as its matriarch."

The source went on to reveal, "Nicola and Victoria are both very strong characters, so it was either going to end in them losing the relationship Victoria and David have with Brooklyn, or the issues needed to be put to bed to bring them all back together."

As Nicola and Brooklyn near their second wedding anniversary, the source claimed that Victoria accepted it was time to move on.

In a heartwarming display of unity, Victoria Beckham extended an olive branch through her public posts on the film premiere night of 3 February.

The family attended the movie premiere of "Lola," alongside her youngest son Cruz Beckham, showing her support for Brooklyn Beckham and Nicola Peltz.

Nicola, who also directed the movie, received a heartfelt tribute from Victoria on her Instagram account.

"@NicolaAnnePeltzBeckham we could not be more proud of you! Congratulations on your incredible film, Lola. officially in theatres February 9th! Kisses xx."
