The embattled rapper was spotted stuffing his face with food before going on a date with his wife, Bianca.
Kanye West Unbothered With What He Looks Like
Kanye West has been very critical of what her wife, Bianca Censori looks like whenever they do public appearances.
In the past few months, he has stepped out into public wearing outrageous body armor, while her wife has been subjected to online ridicule and humiliation for wearing nothing only but a thong, a pillow to conceal her genitalia, and even mimicking her ex-wife Kim Kardashian's looks.
Sources claimed that Kanye West is responsible for styling her wife and has complete command of what she wears.
But on the other hand, Kanye West seemed to be unbothered by what he looks like. In paparazzi photos obtained by Page Six, Kanye West was chowing down a sandwich unabashedly before heading toward his Valentine's Day dinner with Bianca Censori.
Since Kanye's finances crumbled fans noticed that he gained weight and he made significant changes in his body, especially his titanium dentures.

After he addressed people following the Super Bowl, fans were bothered by the protruding skin on his lip.
Apparently, it's called a Cupid's bow.
"Kanye has always had a prominent cupid's bow and upper tubercle tissue, so I do not think we're looking at tissue overgrowth," New York celebrity dentist Dr. Clement Kairouz told Page Six.
Kairouz added that based on the photos, West got a "fixed bridge" which "does not respect natural oral anatomy" or "leave space for soft tissue." The doctor further explained that adding the bridge was "over-protected" which pushed his upper lip forward.

Kanye West Style Icon No More?
Fashion experts have also concluded that Kanye West's style and fashion hold less meaning and impact nowadays.
"Gone are the days that Kanye West is considered a style icon," Fashion expert Mel Wilmshurst told The Mirror. "In his Yeezy era, Kanye became a household name in streetwear, with brands rushing to imitate his latest collections. Now, in a world of cancel culture, and with his unpredictability, it wouldn't be worth the risk for a brand to align directly with him and Bianca."
