Despite expectations, some dedicated Swifties suspect the singer may have a special surprise waiting for them.

Swift's Easter Eggs

Emerson drew attention to a QR code to prove her discovery. A mural in the heart of Chicago's River North District on a Monday, April 15, evening featuring the enigmatic message "ttpd13." As the screen displays a blank paper, a typewriter spells out "Error 321," and a barely visible "13" emerges beneath it.

This sneak peek ignited excitement among fans, prompting Swifties to decode the QR code eagerly and sparking a wave of new speculations.

In the video by Emerson, it was revealed that Swift's website crashed mere hours before the Grammys commenced. Users were met with the message "Error 321" and a puzzling display of the words "red herring."

Amid the talk of The Tortured Poets Department, there is also buzz about the possibility of Swift releasing a re-recording of her sixth studio album, Reputation (Taylor's Version).

Swift embarked on re-recording her initial six albums in 2021 due to a disagreement over rights with music producer Scooter Braun. These new versions have been affectionately called "Taylor's Versions."

"We were so confident that we were going to get 'Reputation: Taylor's Version,'" Emerson said in the video, focusing intently on the album cover.

"The repetition of the TTPD [in the mural] reminds me so much of the repetition of Taylor Swift on the Reputation album."

"I think she wants Tortured Poets to have its moment, so my guess is 'Tortured Poets' comes out, and then at like 3:00 am, she just randomly drops Reputation."

Amid the buzz, some Swift fans expressed doubts, a commenter on the video remarked, "Giving 'TTPD' 3 hours to shine? Unlikely."

Another said, "An announcement maybe, but not both albums released simultaneously."

A third chimed in, questioning the strategic move of launching two albums at once and the impact on award nominations and reputation marketing.

"They would compete for awards AND why would she not market reputation."
