Kanye West reportedly got into a physical altercation with one of the well-known owners of a prestigious celebrity hangout in Los Angeles called Chateau Marmont, after standing up for his wife, Bianca Censori.

TMZ mentioned that the rapper turned fashion designer may have hit either Mark Houston or Jonnie Houston, both known restaurateurs, but the exact target of West's actions remains uncertain.

West In Legal Trouble Again

Insiders revealed that one of the siblings had a chance encounter with Censori contradicting the claim made by the team of the "Carnival" rapper.

The individual in question reportedly placed his hands underneath Censori's garment, made direct contact with her body, clasped her waist, pivoted her around, and concluded by sending her kisses.

West's rep previously insisted, "She was battered and sexually assaulted."

The outlet further reported a mix-up at the restaurant due to high traffic, leading to erroneous claims of sexual assault.

A source clarified that the allegations against West were unfounded, suggesting a case of mistaken identity in his confrontation with the wrong twin, who was not involved in the incident with Censori.

TMZ revealed that West mistakenly punched the wrong person.

Law enforcement officials have not found proof to support West's version of events.

But the rapper's chief of staff, Milo Yiannopoulos, told Page Six, "We find it absolutely disgusting that any journalist would choose not to believe a woman when she tells them about a sexual assault committed against her. But of course, you don't have to take [Censori's] word for it."

"The hotel assembled its own detailed incident report," the rep further claimed.

"Drawing on eyewitness testimony from staffers and video surveillance footage, the report says Bianca was 'handled' by an assailant who 'eventually let go.'"

Expanding on his client's original position, Yiannopoulos reaffirms, "In reality, the assailant seized Bianca under her panel dress directly on her skin around the waist, forcibly spun her around, and blew kisses in her face, ignoring or perhaps enjoying her distress and discomfort."

"This was a physical, sexual assault, and any attempt to undermine the seriousness of what happened is repellent and vile."

According to another source close to the situation, "The hotel is fully backing Ye and showing great support for Bianca."

Recent reports identified West as a potential suspect in a battery incident involving a physical altercation.

The Los Angeles Police Department reported that an ongoing investigation is underway to determine the details of the incident. Additionally, detectives were observed at Chateau Marmont immediately following the altercation.
