Let's begin by stating that "Los Angeles vs. Everybody" is probably not going to be a real thing. A recent Insta post from Snoop Dogg "revealed" an single cover that includes The Game, Tyler the Creator, Kendrick Lamar, Dr. Dre, YG, Problem, Nipsey Hussle, Crooked I, Kurupt and Dom Kennedy.

That's a fantasy lineup that will never, ever come to fruition. Right?

Fans can hold out the slimmest of hopes that Snoop's response to Eminem's "Detroit vs. Everybody" is real, but try not to get 'em too high.

As our own Caitlin Carter previously reported, Em brought together the most notable rappers from Motown for the final track, "Detroit Vs. Everybody" on his label Shady Records' upcoming two-disc Shady XV compilation (due Nov. 25).

Wrote Carter: "Repping the Motor City, singer Dej Loaf takes on the hook while Royce Da 5'9", Big Sean, Danny Brown, and Eminem take on verses with "the godfather Trick Trick" closing the track down. The only non-Detroit artist associated with the track is Massachusetts producer Statik Selektah."

"Royce Da 5'9" spits lines about rivalry, Big Sean talks about honing his craft in Detroit, and Danny Brown declares himself a veteran of the game. Eminem is the standout this time around with lines about staying loyal to his hometown even though he's famous enough to get out of the troubled city. Trick Trick closes the track and encourages other Detroit MCs to take on a remix of the Motor City anthem."
