One thing is for certain, if Love & Hip Hop Atlanta's Joseline Hernandez isn't getting herself into trouble, then her common-law-husband Stevie J is. Back in June the producer was popped for owing over one million dollars in back child support and he was released on $25,000 bail. Rather than working to pay off his debt and aiming to keep his nose clean, Stevie J can't seem to stay on the straight and narrow path.
According to a report by Page Six, he has actually failed not one, but ten drug tests over the last six months! Weed, cocaine, you name it, his probation officer has found it in his tests, and now prosecutors have insisted that Stevie J be placed in a 30-day inpatient rehab facility. Apparently the reality star has no problem admitting to his addiction issues but his attorney did try to fight to keep him from going anywhere.
Obviously if Stevie is away then he can't be making money to pay the mother of two of his teenage kids in Pennsylvania, but as long as he is out, it seems he is blowing lots of cash on drugs anyway. Judge Andrew Peck eventually imposed the rehab sentence and warned that the producer should be grateful that his bail wasn't completely revoked. If that had happened then Stevie would be sitting in a jail cell.
What's a little bit interesting about this is that back when the Love & Hip Hop Atlanta reunion taped Stevie's former pal, Benzino insisted that he and Hernandez were both on drugs.
