Worry not, One Direction fans and those who love Niall Horan. Despite some vicious Twitter rumors, the blonde cutie and guitar player for the "Night Changes" band is not leaving his band behind.

Last night (Dec. 28), outlets such as Yahoo! Celebrity UK and Sugarscape tweeted out that Horan had left Harry Styles, Zayn Malik, Louis Tomlinson and Liam Payne in the dust, but there is actually no basis for this rumor.

In a statement made to Billboard, a representative for One Direction just flat-out denied that Horan was leaving the band, stating that there was "no truth to this rumor."

As for the outlets that tweeted that Horan left the group, they reported that they had been hacked - though the messages stating that Horan was leaving One Direction still remained online as of our press time.

And it's a good thing that Horan isn't leaving One Direction behind (at least yet). Next year, 1D will be hitting the road (and skies) on the On The Road Again Tour. Announced in October, the 2015 tour thus far has received dates in North America and the U.K.

And though One Direction aren't breaking up anytime in the foreseeable future, the band's X Factor founder (and manager) Simon Cowell sees the end of 1D as inevitable; and it could be soon. In an interview earlier this year, Cowell admitted that One Direction could have only two albums left in them - and this was one whole album ago!

"Bands don't stay together forever. I think they will make at least two more albums together and they are in the middle of one right now," he said.

But, as of now, things all seem good in the world of One Direction.
