Ariana Grande apparently loves to prank her fans. After releasing some bogus cover art for her highly anticipated debut album "Yours Truly" earlier this week, the "Baby I" singer finally revealed the true album artwork on her Twitter late last night (Aug. 1).

On July 31, Grande posted that "Yours Truly" will be released Sept. 3, and posted what seemed to be the official cover art for the album. In a Little Bo Peep recalling outfit, Grande sat atop flower petals against a light pink background. White cursive font spelled out her album name and the "Victorious" star's moniker.

While not particularly the worst cover art in music history, this version of "Yours Truly" raised some eyebrows for its cheap production, Lolita-esque outfits and for that fact that it just did not fit Grande's soaring vocals and strong R&B backbeats.

The ruse about that "Yours Truly" cover art continued for a solid day and a half, until Grande posted yet another cover to her Twitter account.

Though it wasn't as outwardly tacky as the Bo Peep version, the second album artwork is an odd spacey odyssey with perhaps some Italian stonework influences. The white blocks do not flow quite well with the texture in the middle. Eventually, the joke was revealed.

Confused? Cause neither of these are the cover art. - Ariana Grande (@ArianaGrande) August 1, 2013

After pranking with an odd Clay Aiken cover artwork, Grande eventually bypassed her manager Scooter Braun and revealed the TRUE "Yours Truly" artwork.

Finally, a cover fitting for an R&B debut from a 20-year-old! The sultry black and white photograph is simultaneously pretty and innocent and sexy. A light pink cursive font displays the album name and Grande's name is spelt out in large sans-serif white type.

"Yours Truly," with the black and white art, will be released on Sept. 3.
