Britney Spears discussed her contentious conservatorship in a lengthy, since-deleted YouTube video published on Sunday, Weird thing is, she deleted this tell-all. it's unclear why.

On August 28. Spears, age 40, reflected on her past and discussed how unjust the punishment she endured was.

She said that deep in her core, she knew she did not even deserve to placed in such an arrangement.

I knew I'd done nothing wrong and I didn't deserve the way I'd been treated," she said.

The "Piece of Me" singer stated that she remembered learning about the conservatorship from her parents, Jamie and Lynn. She singled out her father for the manner in which she was handled.

"It was pure abuse. And, and I haven't haven't even really shared even half of it. I think the main thing I do remember when I first started was my dad's control. He loved to control everything I did," she said.

Britney Spears recounted filming a cameo for How I Met Your Mother and returning to the recording studio following a hospital stay. She shared that all she remember is that she had to do as instructed. She had to do workouts every single day because she was told she was overweight and fat almost on the daily. She said her worth was questioned all the time, so she never felt so "dejected."

She added that because she was afraid, she just went along with it. Spears described a number of tragic situations throughout her conservatorship in which she felt isolated, and she concluded by expressing her hope that by sharing her story, she could offer hope to others.

"If you're a weird, introvert oddball like me, who feels alone a lot of the time and you needed to hear a story like this today so you don't feel alone. Know this: my life has been far from easy and you're not alone," she said.
