"Barmageddon," a celebrity game show hosted by Blake Shelton, has debuted.

Although this will be his final season on "The Voice," viewers will still be able to watch him on television, which is reportedly upsetting others in the business.

After receiving strong ratings and quickly becoming a major hit, the show set the standard for his competitors.

Now it has come to light that his most recent accomplishment has prompted his Nashville opponents to feel he has outgrown his boots and that their only goal is to put him off his game.

His downtown Nashville pub, Ole Red, is the setting for "Barmageddon." His ex-wife Miranda Lambert's neighbors as well as other country music artists like Jason Aldean and Dierks Bentley live in the same neighborhood.

However, because Blake's establishment is the only one featured on television, customers have been pouring into it and abandoning the competition.

They're envious of the way Blake has taken over the area with his bar and now this program, a source revealed to Radar Online. They object about Blake taking their clients away.

Blake and his friend Carson Daly came up with the idea for "Barmageddon." When it first aired in December, it was well-liked.

According to insiders, the "Minimum Wage" singer has become egocentric due to his success.

"Blake's ego is limitless. They alleged that he was making a ton of money and taking advantage of it by boasting about how he revived the downtown area."

They added, "His ego has grown as a result of his popularity, which has only irritated other country artists more."

They all come to Nashville in search of fame and money, the source said, but Blake acts like he is the only person who lives there.

According to Deadline, the episode attracted 1.2 million total viewers, making it the most watched series premiere in more than three years.

Fortunately for Blake Shelton's opponents, the 46-year-old made a suggestion last month that he would be reducing his schedule in order to spend more time with his wife and the three kids that Gwen has with her ex-husband Gavin Rossdale.

Blake acknowledged in an interview that he has already amassed a sizeable fortune simply by appearing on television and working hard, but he is aware that he cannot "buy time back."

He is cutting back on his job so that he won't look back and be sorry.

However, it's advisable to take the insider's statement from Radar Online with a grain of salt as there is no evidence that country singers are angry with Blake Shelton for his recent success.
