This was sparked by a photograph of the two allegedly engaging in inappropriate behavior while on holiday in Italy.
Security footage captured a scene of Censori, with her head nestled in the rapper's lap, as his pants were down and his rear end exposed. This sparked a massive wave of online criticism, further increasing their notoriety during their stay in Italy.
It was recently reported that Venice authorities have prohibited the use of their water taxi service by the couple. The person responsible for taking them onboard has been identified and is now being questioned as part of the police's inquiry into the matter.
The Daily Mail recently reported that Kanye West and Bianca Censori, the architect behind Yeezy, are facing an inquiry due to photographs that captured them in a potentially sensitive position when they boarded a water taxi in Venice, Italy.
Images of West and Censori caused an uproar when they surfaced online on August 28th. The photos showed the couple at sea, with West revealing his behind.
West had his hands on the back of Censori's head while her face was tucked into his lap, and a glimpse of the rapper's trousers revealed they had been loosened.
Outrage erupted after a picture was posted online, and demands for legal action were made against those responsible, with some suggesting they should be deported. This provoked strong criticism from nearby citizens and admirers alike.

The Daily Mail recently interviewed a police source, who revealed the result of West and Censori's actions - an abundance of grievances from those who believe they overstepped their boundaries.
The source remarked on how any violations of public decorum are met with stern consequences.
This was certainly the case when the pictures of West, his trousers drooping while in a taxi, and his partner cruising across the lagoon were broadcasted worldwide.
The insidersaid, "It was quite evident that the [Kanye's] pants were not properly fastened, and we have received grievances from several individuals regarding this. We managed to pinpoint who was operating the boat and will now enquire about what he observed."
The law enforcement source has reported that a pair is being investigated due to their alleged involvement in activities deemed inappropriate by public standards. The offense is punishable with an administrative penalty.

The Daily Mail reported that according to a trusted source of the mayor, Luigi Brugnaro, West and Censori's act of disrespect toward Venice, one of the most beautiful cities in the world, will be addressed during an upcoming public safety meeting. When asked about the incident by onlookers, the source replied firmly, "There is no question" that what they had witnessed was inappropriate.
They went on to declare that behaviors like these are not something the millions who visit annually desire to witness, and this lack of respect will not be tolerated.
It is reportedly their sincere wish that the prosecutor enforces a hefty financial penalty; then and only then will the couple truly reflect upon their actions should they choose to revisit Venice in the future.
