It has been revealed that in the months preceding Eminem's ex-wife Kim Mathers' mansion sale, she received a $615K loan from his company to purchase her present home.
Though they have had their issues, Eminem and his ex-wife are now in a better place.
According to The Sun, Kim and her ex have maintained an amicable relationship, as documents recently show that she borrowed money from Eminem's company to purchase a quaint home in Macomb, Michigan.
This new abode is quite the change from her previous one - boasting four bedrooms and three bathrooms with 10-foot ceilings, a 730-square-foot garage, and multiple walk-in closets, all for around $530,000.
According to the listing, the new home's description is, "Make yourself at home in your private outdoor oasis. Relax on your hammock under a custom-crafted pergola as you take in all that nature offers, and curl up by a cozy fire while embracing cool autumn evenings. Your covered lanai will make for an ideal spot to enjoy these moments."
Records indicate that Eminem, whose real name is Marshall Mathers, the president, treasurer, and secretary of Shady Games Inc., obtained Kim a substantial loan of $615,000 to purchase the home.
For years, this mother of four resided in a luxurious residence that her famous partner reportedly funded. There, she raised their three children and their fourth son, Parker, who was born from another relationship.
After months of waiting, the enormous estate sold for a hefty $1,350,000 in March.
