Kelly Clarkson stunned viewers as she appeared at the yearly "We Can Survive" concert by Audacy.

The "Since U Been Gone" artist shared a snap of herself before going on stage at Prudential Centre in New Jersey, with a caption that read: "Last night's look at the @audacy @WeCanSurvive."

Nobody could deny that the former "American Idol" winner was nothing short of stunning.

A blue fitted coat dress and black leggings accentuated her new slim physique, making many fans curious about her secret to weight loss.

Some argued she had been taking Ozempic, a drug favored by celebrities for drastic weight loss, while others cited her dedication to a "plant paradox" diet as an explanation for her transformation.

With such a glamorous change, fans were in awe, even asking what Kelly was doing to look magnificent.

However, the responses split into two camps; one group praised her inspiring weight loss journey, and another speculated whether Ozempic or weight loss surgery had been used.

Some conjectured that Kelly Clarksonhad gotten weight loss surgery, given how adept stars are at keeping things under wraps.

"Most likely ozempic," offered one fan.

Agreeing, another added, "Ozempic works wonders!" There was a consensus among them that many famous people seemed to have lost weight unexpectedly and were crediting it all to Ozempic.

In response to the critics, numerous supporters of Kelly jumped in to argue that she must simply have been following a healthy diet and exercise habits.

One fan commented, "I've read that it's a very disciplined lifestyle. I'd go for Ozempic, too, provided I could spare the money."

One person joked, "Let's get real here. People always think weight loss is connected to Ozempic."

The first fan agreed, saying, "It doesn't require any magic - just diet and exercise. Even medications don't hurt..."

Kelly Clarkson's Weight Loss Secret

For many years, fans of Kelly Clarkson have wondered what exactly she did to lose the excess weight.

While some speculated that it was due to Ozempic, the truth of the matter is that she maintained an exercise and diet regimen.

Kelly, who became a mother twice in 2014 and 2016, has experienced an obvious increase in weight after her pregnancies.

Life & Style reported that she was harshly criticized for her body changes.

Fortunately, the singer lost 37 pounds in 2018 and revealed that it was due to a "lectin-free" diet suggested by Dr. Steven Gundry's book, "The Plant Paradox."

The "Breakaway" hitmaker also told Hoda Kotb in an interview in 2018 that weight loss was not her primary goal when she started the diet.

Kelly explained, "I had an autoimmune disease and a thyroid problem that started in 2006."

She went on to say, "I know the industry loves the weight gone, but for me, it wasn't really (about) the weight. For me, it was 'I'm not on my medicine anymore.'"
