"The Voice" will welcome Wynonna Judd following Reba McEntire's arrival to replace Blake Shelton.

The longtime-running NBC show saw some changes in the new season after its longtime judge left the show. Currently, it has Niall Horan, John Legend, Gwen Stefani and McEntire as the coaches.

It will add another icon as Wynonna Judd is set to appear on the Season 24 of the show.

Wynonna Judd To Join "The Voice"

NBC released a statement on Tuesday, October 31, confirming that Judd is set to become a mega mentor on "The Voice" Season 24 and work alongside the judges to help the remaining contestants before the scheduled Knockout rounds on Monday, November 6.

McEntire dropped a hint in a video on Instagram, in which the Country Music Hall of Fame member told her fellow awardee that she was one of the reasons she decided to do the show since Judd wanted to work with her.

"Surprise! I am so excited to have my friend @wynonnajudd join us at @nbcthevoice as this season's Mega Mentor," McEntire captioned the post. "Wy is the perfect person for this and I can't wait for you to see all the great advice she gives to these talented artists."

Fans left heartfelt messages in the comments section to show support for the duo as they expressed their excitement to finally see them on the show.

One said, "NO ONE ELSE ON EARTH could be a MEGA Mentor like Wynonna, this is gonna be GOOD Poor Nial and the others have their work cut out for them. Wynonna is like a country music legend just the same as reba is. Im surprised she hasnt been Blakes mentor on past seasons since theyre good friends too."

"That is soooooo awesome!! She is the queen of country!! You too Reba," one added, while another wrote, "Wow that's fantastic! can hardly wait to see it."

What Is Wynonna Judd Up to Now?

The confirmation was made amid The Judds member's "Back to Wy" tour.

Judd already has experiences in similar shows, appearing on "Dancing With the Stars" in 2016 and launching her TV series on OWN: The Oprah Winfrey Network in 2011.

The next episode of "The Voice" will air on November 6 at 8 p.m. ET.
