In a recent social media tirade, Lisa Marie Presley's half-brother Navarone Garibaldi'slammed his late sister and said he didn't miss her, making sure fans know he was hurt by the singer and the world really does not know her.

It's unclear why these allegations are so sudden.

Just 11 months after his sister's shocking death at the age of 54, Garibaldi, 36-the son of Lisa's mother Priscilla Presley, 78-and Marco Garibaldi, 68-made shocking remarks about her on a recent Instagram Live, according to Mirror Online.

"You're entitled to your opinion [about Lisa Marie]. I'm sure she was good to some. I have made peace. I'm not gonna to lie and say I miss her, but I'll say it's strange," he said, drawing wonder why he's suddenly ranting. "I didn't talk trash, all I did was speak the truth," he stated after receiving backlash for 'trash-talking' his sister.

"'But sometimes I get egged on when people ask me questions and I just blurt out the first thing that comes to my mind. It's not like I plan on it, just can't help myself," he explained.

He added that the diva would decide to tell him everything that was wrong with him and his life if she drank wine.

"It was pretty destructful [sic]. I never got angry like that, I never said anything I didn't mean when I smoked pot, but she would say really awful things to me that kind of kept us from being close when she would drink."

This is a far cry from how emotional he got when the death caught the world by surprise. In an emotional interview, which was released on the star's 55th birthday in February, Garibaldi discussed her "surreal" demise.

Riley Keough, 34, the daughter of Lisa Marie, received praise from Garibald for taking care of her twin sisters, Harper, 14, and Finley, 14.

Twenty days had passed after Presley's untimely death on January 12 at the age of 54, when she suffered a heart arrest at home and needed to be sent to the hospital following the administration of CPR. According to reports, she died of small bowel obstruction.

Days after attending an Elvis Presley memorial at Graceland on January 22, he remarked of her sudden dying, "It's still so surreal," before going on to say he wanted to conduct the interview because "people know of me but they don't know me."

Additionally, Garibaldi claimed that in the years preceding Presley's passing, he and Presley had grown apart.

A picture of Garibaldi with his sister from his youth was posted on Instagram last month.

He mentioned Lisa Marie's late son Benjamin Keough, who committed himself in July 2020 at the age of 27, and her late father Elvis Presley, who passed away in 1977 when she was nine years old.
