Nicki Minaj's "Pink Friday 2" arrives exactly two days and fans can't help but wait for the highly-anticipated sequel to the iconic album.

As Minaj became silent in the past couple of days, her loyal fan base, the Barbz, was as loud as ever. In fact, they even created a fictional city where everyone awaits the arrival of the album.

When Nicki Minaj released the first ever album cover art for "Pink Friday 2" she looked ethereal in a pink and white outfit as she was aboard a half-opened train floating in the sky, under it was a pink-covered city.

Since then, fans have referred to the said city as - Gag City - a colloquial term similar to "slay" that is used to convey amazement in LGBTQ slang.

Since then, Barbz started the inside joke and had AI produce photos of what it's like to be in Gag City, generating photos and images that depict several celebrities like Michael Jackson, Ariana Grande, Beyonce, and even Rihanna arriving in the fictional universe.

Creative minds hopped in on the trend, with other fanbases joining in, expressing support and anticipation of the iconic release of the sequel album. Artists like Karol G, Rihanna, Cuppcake, Tyla, Drake, and more are recreated - denoting their arrival on Nicki Minaj's Gag City.

The AI trend has taken over Twitter/X and it has since been the trending topic in the world and in the United States for the past 24 hours.

Several companies also hopped in. Spotify released a map of where to find the fictional city in the United States, noting that a new Sound Town just arrived. Amazon Music also did the same, saying that they had booked their trip to the populated city.

As fans created headquarters, Netflix also hopped in, posting their original Pink user profile character as part of Nicki Minaj's Gag City. Spotify also celebrated the erection of its own building in the business district of Gag City. Chilis was also thrilled to join in. The popular restaurant has offered Nicki Minaj specials before, signifying their longstanding support of the Queen of Rap.

Nicki Minaj's highly-awaited "Pink Friday 2" arrives on Dec. 8, 2023. As the anticipation boils, Nicki Minaj will only be releasing the tracklist and collaborators on the day of the album release. Many speculate that Rihanna, Ariana Grande, Lil Wayne, Drake, Billie Eilish, Kendrick Lamar, Keyshia Cole, Brandy, Ice Spice, Doja Cat, Taylor Swift, and even Beyonce will be present on the album.
