Sean "Diddy" Combs has been having a rough time as of late. After allegations of sexual abuse from several women, and losing endorsements, Diddy may not be able to attend the 2024 Grammys after the Recording Academy confirmed it is considering its invite to the artist.

According to Rolling Stone, the Recording Academy is considering whether or not Diddy's 2023 album, The Love Album: Off the Grid, which is nominated for Best Progressive R&B album, should remain in place.

"We are taking this matter very seriously and we are in the process of evaluating it with the time and care that it deserves," the organization said in its statement.

In addition to the Recording Academy discussion of Diddy's Grammy nomination, a total of eighteen companies have ended their relationships with Diddy's e-commerce Empower Global, which Diddy founded in 2021. House of Takura, one of the companies that terminated its partnership with Empower Global, said Diddy's alleged behavior is deplorable.

"We take the allegations against Mr. Combs very seriously and find such behavior abhorrent and intolerable," founder Annette Njau told Rolling Stone. "We believe in victims' rights and support victims in speaking their truth, even against the most powerful of people."

Also, the media network Revolt, which Diddy is co-founder of,  has parted ways with Diddy.

Diddy's ex-girlfriend and singer, Cassie, accused the CEO of physical abuse, rape, sex trafficking. The case was settled out of court on November 17, 2023.

After settling with Cassie, two other women accused Diddy of sexual abuse. Both suits were filed in late November before the expiration of the Adult Survivors Act, a New York law permitting victims of sexual abuse a one-year window to file civil action regardless of the statute of limitations.

"For the last couple of weeks, I have sat silently and watched people try to assassinate my character, destroy my reputation and my legacy," Combs said in a statement. "Let me be absolutely clear: I did not do any of the awful things being alleged. I will fight for my name, my family and for the truth."
