Ariana Grande has not released a new album since her 2020 release, "Positions," and in those three years, fans have been relentlessly hounding her about a new album.

The time has finally come because Grande is gearing up for a new era as well as a new album-AG7, as fans like to call it.

According to Pop Base, after weeks of sharing videos and pictures of herself in the recording studio making music, there have been reports that the "Dangerous Woman" singer has linked up with a group of dancers and a music video director on Instagram.

The recent uptick in teases on Grande's social media accounts has brought fans to a whole new level of hype and excitement; they are fully convinced a new album will be coming very soon.

"She's coming to save pop music and I'm not even kidding," a fan wrote.

"There's gonna be dancing oh it's about to get serious."

"I CAN'T BELIEVE THIS IS REAL WE PRAYED FOR TIMES LIKE THIS."

Some fans even theorized that the singer slash actress might pull a "see you next year" post in the coming days, or maybe even a snippet from the album or music video.

Ariana Grande Returns to the Music Scene

Grande surprised fans by sharing several pictures on her Instagram and Instagram Story of her working very diligently in the recording studio.

She even shared a clip of herself singing in the recording booth, but muted that part in the video--she means business.

According to reports, Grande put her music career on hold after she received word that she was cast as Glinda the Good Witch in the upcoming film "Wicked."

"[Wicked] is going to have every piece of me, every minute, every ounce of my heart, my time, my soul, my everything that I can give it," Grande said about prioritizing her acting career.

"My hands are quite full with a lot of other 'thrillifying' work at the moment. I am spending all of my time with Glinda, I just was not ready."
