Ever since moving to New York City from California, Kelly Clarkson radiated this new sense of confidence and happiness that emanated through her physical appearance.

The Daytime Emmy-winning singer and host has been widely praised for her glowing beauty and ravishing look; but when asked whether she is ready to find love again, Kelly still has some reservations.

Kelly Clarkson Enjoying The Single Life?

Speaking to Shannen Doherty on "The Kelly Clarkson Show," Clarkson shared her point of view on finding love while going through a divorce. Notably, Doherty filed for divorce from her husband of 11 years, Kurt Iswarienko. (via People Magazine)

"I think I need a little more work on me in a relationship to make sure I take care of myself at the same time as somebody else," Clarkson shared, saying the process was "hard."

Clarkson also mentioned that one would have thought that they were "going to spend forever with this person," but the unthinkable happens.

Despite this, Clarkson admitted that she is "still in the stage of really enjoying" herself.

Clarkson suffered a painful and controversial divorce from her ex-husband, Brandon Blackstock in 2022.

When Doherty talked about the dogs that had provided her a sense of comfort and love during her divorce, Clarkson was also reminded of the idea of her pet companions.

Clarkson revealed that during her marriage with Blackstock, her dogs weren't allowed on their bed, continuing, "But ever since I've been separated now divorced, my dogs have been ruling my bed. I think they would hate the next person who came in."

Kelly Clarkson Is Not Looking For A Boyfriend

In an Instagram Live, Kelly Clarkson debunked all rumors that she has a boyfriend. (via Page Six)

"Do I have a boyfriend? No! And not looking. You know why? I love being single," Clarkson said. "I have two kids, two dogs, three rabbits, a hamster, multiple jobs - there's a lot going on," she s. "And, you know, you think you're going to spend the rest of your life with somebody, and you don't. That's hard to start over."

In the past, Clarkson confessed that she is enjoying life as a single woman and a mother. She has since moved from California to New York, bringing her Emmy-winning show with her to Rockefeller Center.

"I love living here, and I'm a Texas girl, so I did not think I was gonna love it so much. But you will see this face all the time at the park. I love walking around," Clarkson explained.
