Happy birthday, Hayley Williams! In honor of the rocker's special day, let's take a look at her massive success as an artist and as a member of Paramore, her early beginnings, and what the future holds for the group now that their contract is almost over.

Born Hayley Nichole Williams on December 27, 1988, the frontwoman is now 35 years old! In addition to being a singer of Paramore, she also plays the keyboards.

She spent her early days in Meridian, Mississippi. Unfortunately, when she was 13 years old, her parents divorced and she moved with her mother to Franklin.

Upon moving to a new location, she met her future Paramore bandmates Zac Farro and Josh Farro at school. She later pursued vocal lessons and even tried out for a local funk band called The Factory.

Hayley Williams initially became a songwriter of pop songs in Nashville. She was later discovered by Atlantic Records and the label wanted her to become a new solo pop artist.

However, she refused it and said she wanted to be in a band playing pop punk music. Fortunately, Atlantic Records decided to sign her along with the Farro brothers and Jeremy Davis.

Paramore's Future is Uncertain

More recently, fans were baffled as Paramore's official website and social media accounts have been wiped clean and no one had an idea why it happened. The group has yet to address the matter.

Two weeks earlier, as the band's contract with Atlantic had ended, the group spoke in an interview with Uproxx, saying the future is uncertain for them.

"A chapter of the band's career has come to a close. They've now fulfilled all label obligations and are effectively free agents. As for the future of Paramore, all three members agreed that there's a level of uncertainty," an excerpt of the article reads.

However, they assured fans that they will still be together and hope to keep building the Paramore empire over the next years.
