Kelly Osbourne's controversial statement about Latinos and former Donald Trump's policy on immigration has resurfaced, but instead of getting negative reactions like it did before, it is going viral because netizens are spoofing it.

"If you kick every Latino out of this country, then who is going to be cleaning your toilets, Donald Trump?" said the singer slash reality star in 2015 during her appearance on "The View."

She later issued a statement, saying that her choice of words was wrong, but she also insisted that she was not racist.

"In this particular case I will take responsibility for my poor choice of words but I will not apologize for being a racist as I am NOT."

Nine years later, the infamous clip is being revisited and has since gone viral; netizens are now making their own spin on the clip.

Kelly Osbourne Takes Accountability For Offensive Latino Comment

Osbourne was asked once again about her statement, and how she feels about it now that it has gone viral once again.

"It hurt a lot of people, and that to me, is by far makes it the worst thing I've ever done," the singer said during an interview.

"I realized that I'm not great on live TV and that words are so powerful. And to be labeled as something you're not is really difficult. But it happened. There's nothing I can do."

According to reports, she also noted that the "Latin American culture is the backbone of America," and that how she phrased it before makes her "hate [herself] a bit more each time [she] sees" the clip.

However, Osbourne noticed that netizens are now more aware of her intentions and that they made the comment into their own.

"It's the most cringe moment of my entire life. But to see people be creative with it does put a smile on my face. It turns something so ugly into something funny."

Netizens Praise Kelly Osbourne

Unlike other celebrities who double down on their actions, despite being called out, the singer was quick to apologize for her mistake, and continues to reflect on her actions.

"This acceptance of responsibility, while not erasing the harm, can be a foundation for personal growth and future accountability,' one wrote.

"[People] know what she was trying to say, it clearly wasn't said with Ill intent. I wish people would start focusing their anger on actual bad people."

"I agree but it was still unconscious racism, which is hard to ignore. As a Mexican I can laugh about it... as in it's a video of her that makes me laugh, but the reality of it is not funny. Glad she knows that. No hard feelings here."
