• David Schwimmer Cast as Robert Kardashian in 'American Crime Story: The People v. O.J. Simpson'

David Schwimmer as Robert Kardashian? Well, Ryan Murphy apparently believes that the former "Friends" star is perfect casting, so you can look for the actor to play a huge role in the first installment of the famed director's new series. "American Crime Story: The People v. O.J. Simpson" is said to be the perfect accompaniment to Murphy's "American Horror Story" and it will play out like an anthology miniseries with the first season focusing completely on The O.J. Simpson trial.
  • If Kim K. Wants to Hang On to Yeezy, She Needs to Distance Herself from Her Family

It is obvious that Kanye West fully expects to be the boss in his marriage to Kim Kardashian. It is almost like he purposely keeps her working so she does not have much free time to even contemplate doing anything he would not approve of. That is not an accident, either. West likes to float around Paris without a care in the world, but you better believe he needs to know exactly where his wife is at all times. When West decides to spend quality time together, he also expects Kardashian to drop everything for him, and that is starting to cause some conflict between the couple. She may be willing to let go of some friendships, but Kim Kardashian's sisters are still a priority and it is beginning to tick her husband off. Last weekend, Kourtney Kardashian delivered her third child and Kim was totally on board to help with her sister's little ones. In fact, she posted a play date photo on Instagram of Kourtney's kids and little North West heading to Disney on Ice. Helping out family is perfectly normal, but not in West's world. According to a report by Hollywood Life, he is jealous of all the attention Kourtney's new baby has brought because it is disrupting his plans.
  • 'RHONJ' Teresa, Rino Aprea Have Hit the Skids Since Filming Wrapped

If you tuned in last season to "The Real Housewives of New Jersey," then you are already familiar with Teresa Aprea. She and her twin sister Nicole Napolitano are new to the cast, and while they are loud, they did not exactly spice things up much. Aprea tried to insist that Teresa Giudice's husband was cheating on her, but those accusations are nothing new. But what is new is that there might be a hint of trouble in Apea's marriage to Rino Aprea. According to Radar Online, the couple has hit a bit of a rough patch since filming the show ended. Supposedly, things have been so bad between them that at one point Aprea left the home she shares with her husband and temporarily moved in with her parents. She eventually returned to Rino, but they have been on shaky ground ever since. During the season of "RHONJ," Rino was actually accused of having an affair with his wife's mother, something he insisted was not true, but cheating has come between them in the past.
  • 'Kate Plus 8' is Back for Another Special Episode and Kate Gosselin is Still Miserable

Not only is Kate Gosselin headed back to television in the upcoming season of "Celebrity Apprentice," but she is also headed back to TLC for a special episode of "Kate Plus 8." The network just dropped a new preview clip to give fans of Gosselin's family a sneak peek of what is in store for them on the special, which will air on Jan. 13. Some things clearly never change and Gosselin's negative mood seems to be one of them.
  • A Golden Globe Snub, Insulted by a Sony Executive, Chicken Pox: Angelina Jolie Might Be Having the Worst Week Ever!

This is definitely not the best week of Angelina Jolie's life, that's for sure. While she has been traveling all over the place to successfully promote the new film that she has directed, "Unbroken", things that are beyond her control have to be weighing heavily. First Jolie's name was connected to those leaked Sony emails, with studio execs calling her "spoiled" and "marginally talented", then she was shut out of both SAG and Golden Globe nominations. Now Jolie is going to have to sit out several appearances connected to "Unbroken" because she has been diagnosed with the chicken pox.
  • 'LHHH' Princess Love Threatened Suicide After Ray J Dumped Her, Was Spotted with Karrueche Tran

We almost need a flow chart to keep things straight with the cast of VH1's "Love & Hip Hop Hollywood." In the season finale, which aired last week, it looked like Ray J had dumped his girlfriend of two years, Princess Love, in order to reconnect with Teairra Mari. When the reunion shows aired this week, it was clear Ray and Love were back together, but a bit of drama has gone down this week that led him to call 911, thinking she was going to kill herself. According to a report by TMZ, Ray broke up with Love Tuesday night, Dec. 9, and by Wednesday, Dec. 10, photos of him getting cozy with Karrueche Tran had surfaced. Needless to say, that did not sit well with her and Love reportedly threatened to kill herself. Ray called 911 and had authorities come out to the home he was sharing with Love to perform a welfare check. She was not at home when the police arrived and supposedly called Ray to reassure him she was not really going to shoot herself.
  • Kate Hudson Dumps Matt Bellamy in Favor of Longtime 'DWTS' Crush Derek Hough

There have been rumors for about a year now that Kate Hudson's romance with Matt Bellamy had stalled out. Supposedly, after a brief split, the couple decided to patch things up and work on their issues together. Hudson recently said that there were no wedding plans in the works but that didn't seem like a red flag, especially when you consider how much of a free spirit she is. It seemed kind of possible that they were just enjoying the moment, at least until now! It now seems to be confirmed that their engagement has been called off. Not only that, but Hudson has already reportedly moved on with "Dancing With the Stars" pro, Derek Hough.
  • 'Time's' Short List for 'Person of the Year' Raising Eyebrows

On Wednesday, Dec. 10, "Time" magazine will announce its 2014 Person of the Year, and after learning who landed on the short list of candidates, we are more than a little confused. Some of the names on the list are not too shocking. There is Tim Cook, who introduced a bunch of new Apple products this year and then decided to come out of the closet, making him the first openly gay CEO of a Fortune 500 company. There is Taylor Swift, who, as a top-selling artist, decided to pull her music from Spotify this past fall because she believes the streaming service is not compensating artists nearly enough. But some of the other contenders are a bit baffling. Like Vladimir Putin, the Russian president who guided his country through hosting the Sochi Olympics in February under subpar conditions. He has also been one of the ringleaders in the ongoing strife between Russia and eastern Ukraine. Then there is NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell, who has spent the last six months living under a microscope because it seems the majority of even NFL fans believe he purposely set out to cover up several domestic violence cases within the league, including the now-infamous knockout punch by Ray Rice that was caught on surveillance tape and then shown to the world. The Ferguson protesters have also made the list, but wouldn't it have made more sense for the peaceful protesters in New York City's chokehold case to have made it instead? By pointing to Ferguson, sadly the first thing that comes to mind for many people is either the rioting and destruction of local businesses after Darren Wilson was not indicted, or else the video of Michael Brown's grieving and angry stepfather directing the crowd to burn things down.
  • Katherine Heigl Loves Having Creative Say as 'State of Affairs' Executive Producer

Katherine Heigl is one of those actresses who has the kind of reputation that precedes her. She left "Grey's Anatomy" to star in a string of films, totally expecting to morph into a big-screen star. That did not exactly happen and her difficult reputation kind of took on a life of its own. For a while Heigl was having a tough time finding a job, and then along came "State of Affairs." While she was said to be totally against the idea of returning to prime-time television for the longest time, she is working as an executive producer on her new NBC show, which means a lot of creative control is now in the palm of her hand. Heigl was interviewed by The Wrap while at a fundraising gala for The Trevor Project, an organization connected with gay teen suicide prevention, and she said she never expected to enjoy her new role on the NBC drama as much as she has been.
  • 'The Young & The Restless' Makes the Top Five on Bing's List of Most Searched TV Shows of 2014 Thanks to Michael Muhney Scandal

Soaps are supposed to be a dying breed, aren't they? In the last few years, we have seen long-running shows like "All My Children," "Guiding Light" and "One Life to Live" stop production because the audience supposedly just hasn't been there to justify the high cost of producing an hour of television five days a week. One of the few shows left on daytime television is "The Young & the Restless" and according to Bing, it actually is their fifth most-searched television show of 2014. Why? The Michael Muhney Scandal of course!
  • 'Love & Hip Hop Hollywood' Reunion Show Preview Clip Shows Masika Tucker and Hazel-E Still Feuding Over Yung Berg

If you have followed VH1's "Love & Hip Hop Hollywood" over the last few months then you're already familiar with the bad blood that has been brewing between Hazel-E and Masika Kalysha Tucker. The ladies started off as friends but it didn't take long for Tucker to decide that Hazel-E's relationship with Yung Berg was pretty one-sided. He basically said what he needed to in order to get what he wanted out of her and then totally disrespected her whenever anyone asked about their status. Tucker ultimately made a beeline for her good friend Berg and after months of building a relationship, the new couple finally comes face-to-face with Hazel-E on the reunion show which begins airing on VH1 next Monday night.
  • 'RHONJ' Teresa Giudice Sues Bankruptcy Attorney James Kridel

Remember how Teresa Giudice stood before the judge in open court in early October and said she was ready to take full responsibility for her bad business decisions that resulted in her and husband Joe Giudice defrauding just about every business partner they have had in the last several years? Well, scratch that because it looks like Teresa was more interested in saying the right thing in the hopes of getting out of a prison stint. It did not work, as "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" star is expected to turn herself in to begin serving 15 months Jan. 5, but she has decided to play the blame game before she goes away. Teresa has filed a $5 million lawsuit against her bankruptcy attorney James Kridel, basically blaming his ineptness for her being sentenced to prison. A list of assets had been requested by the court, and while it was submitted — late — it was also missing numerous things, such as property and luxury items owned by the Giudices. When they arrived for sentencing in October, they were vilified for not reporting everything and concealing assets right up to the end, which may have been the thing that prompted the judge to throw the proverbial book at Teresa. It is also a convenient way for the reality star to shift the blame onto someone other than herself, and that is exactly what she is attempting to do with Kridel. Plus, she is now broke and still has to pay back more than $200,000 in restitution as part of her sentencing, so Teresa is really desperate to generate cash flow from wherever she can, and she knows that her options are limited.
  • Soap Star Eileen Davidson Made Her Much-Anticipated 'RHOBH' Debut

Bravo has been pretty smart in the way it has handled the newest season of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills." It purposely added two soap stars to the cast — Lisa Rinna and Eileen Davidson — but they spaced out their debuts, probably for maximum affect. Rinna was in on the action with the rest of the cast right from the season premiere, but it waited until the third episode for Davidson's debut. While nothing too traumatic went down last night, Dec. 2, between Davidson and anyone else, we already know from the trailer that she and Rinna have at least one glass-throwing incident and they are not exactly the best of friends at all. They crossed paths years ago on "Days of Our Lives" and clearly never gelled. It is pretty obvious already that Bravo is expecting Davidson to cause some friction among the ladies, and that seems to be a role she is already comfortable playing.
  • Ellen DeGeneres, Portia de Rossi Celebrate 10th Anniversary with Makeup-Free Selfies

In spite of being dogged by rumors of there being trouble in paradise, Portia de Rossi and Ellen DeGeneres just celebrated their 10th anniversary yesterday, Dec. 1. That is a pretty big accomplishment for any couple, let alone one that has been rumored to have muddled through addiction, infidelity and trust issues in just the last six months alone! Of course, there have been moments here and there when the couple has swung back, insisting that all is well between them, but the media has a way of clouding things. What we are sure of is the fact that de Rossi posted photos with her wife on her Twitter account this past weekend, and the two could not have looked happier. Sure, they know how to play for the cameras, but it looks like there is a real connection between them again, and the makeup-free selfie might just be one of the best candid shots of them ever.
