Wiz Khalifa and Ty Dolla $ign have shared a trippy new collaborative track titled "Refresh/Say No More," which you can check out below. Being almost nine minutes long, this is really two tracks in one, and if the cover art is any indication (which you can check out up above), this is some really spacy, psychedelic stuff, even moreso than Wiz usually gets. It's not clear who the producer is on this track, though the Soundcloud page says it was "engineered" by Drew Drucker and Ricky P, so maybe they should be getting the credit for this one. -
Ty Dolla $ign Talks Debut 'Free TC' Album to Be Released in Spring 2015
In October, Ty Dolla $ign first broke news of his debut album "Free TC," and now he is unveiling more deets on the release. According to a recent interview, the album will drop in spring 2015 with features from R. Kelly and more. According to "Rap-Up," "Free TC" is slated for a March or April release. Appropriately named after his brother who is locked up, Ty says his long-awaited debut represents more than just an album. "It's for a purpose," he said. "He's locked up for something that he didn't do. It's many people out here that get injustice, as you've seen Mike Brown, Trayvon Martin, everything that's happening on the news right now. It has a purpose. It's gonna be the biggest album of 2015." The "Paranoid" crooner is pulling out all the stops for his debut with guest spots by Jagged Edge, YG, Wiz Khalifa and R. Kelly, who appears on a record called "Actress." -
