• 'RHOA's' Apollo Nida Claims That Phaedra Parks Was Cheating Before He Went to Prison

The season of The Real Housewives of Atlanta that's currently airing is giving fans a front row seat to watch the unraveling of Phaedra Parks' marriage to Apollo Nida. It's one thing to hear rumors of him threatening to burn down their family before he ultimately turned himself in to begin serving a long prison sentence, it's another to actually see the felon in action. There have been moments in recent weeks when Parks appeared afraid of Nida, but none like on last nights' episode when she and her sons fled their home.
  • Bobby Shmurda Speaks From Jail, Calls Judge, DA 'A Bunch of Haters'

Bobby Shmurda has been in jail for almost two months, but he claims the joint is not a bad time. "I get a lot of love in here," he told "Billboard," adding that it is "survival of the fittest." The 20-year-old rapper was booked for weapons possession, conspiracy, reckless endangerment and criminal use of drug paraphernalia in December, and could face up to 25 years in prison for his most serious charge -- conspiracy -- according to "Billboard." He even called the judge and district attorney "a bunch of haters."
  • 'RHOA' Phaedra Parks Reveals That Apollo Nida Destroyed Property, Threatened to Burn House Down

Most of the footage currently being shown on "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" was filmed before Phaedra Parks's husband Apollo Nida began serving an eight-year jail sentence for fraud. The scenes with the two of them together at times have been just plain scary. Nida had real issues with Parks not supporting him as he prepared for jail and she had problems with him turning back into a criminal that she could not count on. When she did suffer through a conversation with him, Nida seemed to be calmly threatening her. Parks also revealed that Nida destroyed property and threatened to burn their house down.
  • 'RHONJ's' Melissa and Joe Gorga Are Afraid the Government Will Target Them Next for Shady Business Dealings

Nothing has ever scared Joe Gorga quite like watching his sister, Teresa Giudice, be convicted of fraud and then sentenced to 15-months in prison. He is also in the same business that Joe Giudice is in (whatever that may be, we're not sure) and is reportedly more than a little worried that now that the Feds have wrapped up their case against the Giudices', they'll be taking a closer look at him. During their time on The Real Housewives of New Jersey, Melissa Gorga has spent just as fast and furiously as Teresa did.
  • New Casting Call for 'RHONJ' Season 7 Out: Who Will Be Fired?

Awhile ago we learned that the TV network Bravo was conducting focus groups to try and figure out what to do with the show "RHONJ." Now that Teresa Giudice is settled behind bars for the next year, the show will need a major overhaul if it is going to continue, and now it looks like the network is taking steps toward giving it exactly that. A new casting call went out for Season 7 of the show, proving that changes are underway.
  • 'LHH' Cameras Rolled Yesterday as Yandy Smith Gave Birth to Daughter

Finally, there is some good news to come out of the "Love & Hip Hop" franchise. Yesterday in New York, Yandy Smith welcomed her second child with Mendeecees Harris. The couple checked in to a city hospital ahead of the huge blizzard, and by late yesterday night, Jan. 26, Harris confirmed that their daughter had finally been born. Fans of the couple will get a firsthand account of the happy occasion because at least part of it was filmed by VH1 for "LHH," according to Bossip.
  • Lindsay Lohan Scrambling to Finish Community Service to Avoid Jail

It sounds like Lindsay Lohan really understands that she is looking at jail time if she screws up again. We told you earlier that she had failed to complete her mandatory hours of community service after already being granted one extension. Basically, Lilo was prepared to stroll into court Jan. 28 with another round of excuses until someone made her understand that it is unlikely to work again. If she does not get herself together, she will likely have per probation violated and will be sitting in a jail cell. The fallen star is now reportedly scrambling to finish her hours to avoid jail.
  • 'RHOA' NeNe Leakes Kept Son Bryson Bryant's Incarceration Hidden

Fans of RHOA always seem to have a solid opinion of NeNe Leakes. Either you love her candidness or cannot stand her arrogance, but either way, she generally will get a reaction out of everyone. Usually, when we hear about her it is either in connection with other work projects or it is because of some sort of cat fight with other cast members. There is so much fluff there that strategically hides the fact that this woman is dealing with some serious issues just like everyone else. One of those issues is that she kept the incarceration of her son Bryson Bryant hidden.
  • Could LiLo Be Headed to Jail for Failing to Complete Community Service?

It is sad that we all kind of expect Lindsay Lohan to screw up, and what is sadder is probably the fact that she always delivers. In November, she was granted an extension because she had 138 hours of community service to complete out of an original 240 hours that were handed down to her in connection with a 2012 case. At that time of sentencing, community service for the often-in-trouble Lohan seemed like a gift, but she apparently has not seen it that way. Lohan does not have her hours completed yet and that could mean jail time for the fallen star.
  • Gia Giudice Offers Up Heartfelt 'Just 13' While Teresa Screams at Joe From Behind Bars

When Teresa Giudice turned herself in a few weeks ago to begin serving a 15-month prison sentence in Connecticut, she left behind her admittedly irresponsible husband, Joe Giudice, to handle their four daughters. In the last week we have learned that 13-year-old Gia Giudice has really stepped up to take care of her sisters, and the fact that it has been a necessity rather than a choice has left her mother absolutely furious.
  • 'RHONJ' Gia Giudice Takes Care of Sisters as Mother Teresa Spends Next Year in Jail

So much attention has been placed on Teresa Giudice in recent months, especially after she was sentenced to time in federal prison. Fans of "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" kind of knew the star was a bit shady, but it was not until she pled guilty to fraud that it became apparent just how deceitful she really was. For weeks now we have talked about the fact that Teresa will spend the next 13 months behind bars in Danbury, Connecticut, while her admitted alcoholic husband Joe Giudice steps up and takes care of their four kids for the first time. What that means that a lot more responsibility is inevitably landing on the shoulders of 13-year-old Gia Giudice.
  • Joe Giudice's Wedding Ring's Off as He Juggles 4 Kids While Teresa's in Prison

It only took Joe Giudice about 24 hours to ditch his wedding ring after his wife began serving her sentence at a federal prison in Danbury, Connecticut. Hours after Teresa Giudice turned herself in, Joe was spotted out and about in New Jersey without his ring. It has been widely reported that their marriage was in trouble, even before they were sentenced to serve prison time for purposely shady business dealings. Once jail time became official, with Teresa going away first, their marriage reportedly hit the skids hard. Fans of "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" already know the Giudices have had separate bedrooms for the last few years because the kids actually talked about it on camera. Now The Hollywood Life is reporting that Teresa may have agreed to an open marriage while she spends the next 13 months in custody. The one stipulation supposedly made is that he be extremely discreet in whatever he decides to do.
  • 'RHONJ' Teresa Giudice Had No Family Visit Yet Because She's in Drug Detox

When Teresa Giudice turned herself in to begin serving her 15-month sentence at Danbury Federal Correctional Institute, the focus was initially on the family that she was leaving behind. "The Real Housewives of New Jersey's" husband Joe Giudice is now in charge of taking care of their four daughters, something he has never done before, and the media began speculating on Teresa's life without hair extensions and a new chore list. As it turns out, an even bigger problem is plaguing the reality star: an addiction to prescription pills. According to a report by Radar Online, Teresa has been using Xanax and Valium for the last five years, and she has also dabbled with human growth hormones to put muscle on her lean frame. That means she is now experiencing some major detox behind bars. According to the source, Teresa could be afflicted with symptoms for as long as two weeks as everything leaves her body. "Teresa would get things through her friend whose husband is a doctor and two other doctors. It's going to be a [major] detox. I warned her about that. It's going to be hell. It's a cold withdrawal. You just detox. It's a really brutal withdrawal. She'll get sick. She will get diarrhea. She'll have actual DTs [delirium tremens, aka 'the shakes']," said the source.
  • Teresa Giudice's Friends Abandon Her as 'RHONJ' Inches Closer to Being Shelved

After years of playing people against each other, it looks like Teresa Giudice is the one left in the dust. "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" star has famously manipulated Melissa Gorga, Jacqueline Laurita, Kathy Wakile and basically every other friend or family member whom she has crossed paths with, and now it is Giudice who is alone. After turning herself in to the prison camp in Danbury, Connecticut, that will be her home for the next 13 months, the reality star realized that even before she left no one was reaching out to her. According to a report by Radar Online, in the past these women would have been there for Giudice, in spite of how vicious she has been toward them, but now things are different. They realize that it is time to back away and save themselves from the toxic and even criminal behavior she has brought into their lives. While Giudice is away, it seems Bravo producers are inching closer to shelving "RHONJ," at least until she is released from prison. Like it or not, Giudice has always been the centerpiece of the show, and without her it is just unlikely that enough people are going to tune in to get the ratings to where they would need to be. Needless to say, the rest of the cast wants to believe that they are more than enough to keep the show going. The fact that they might need a shady, admitted criminal to keep them relevant and on television is no doubt a shot to their egos, but it does seem to be the bottom line.
  • Teresa Giudice Called Melissa, Joe Gorga Before Turning Herself In to Blame Them for Her Situation

For a while it looked like Teresa Giudice might have finally made peace with her brother and sister-in-law, Joe and Melissa Gorga, didn't it? The last season of The Real Housewives of New Jersey showed the formerly estranged family getting along and acting normal. The Gorgas were constantly showing support for Giudice, but in the months since she was sentenced to 15 months in prison, there has been silence. As it turns out, things were not quite as cool as it seemed when they were filming, and in her final weeks of freedom Giudice started blaming everyone for her fate, including the Gorgas. According to a report by Radar Online, Giudice made a number of calls before reporting to prison early Monday morning, Jan. 5, and one of those was to her brother and Melissa: "Teresa called many people the night before she went to prison. Two of the people she called happened to be Melissa and Joe. She was insistent that they were partially to blame for her jail sentence because they came on the Real Housewives of New Jersey and made her look bad. The conversation did end amicably. However, it obviously wasn't a positive thing to have her pointing blame for her legal issues in their direction."
